IT Project Manager

Job brief:                                          

We are looking for self-motivated and result-oriented Progect Manager who will be managing 3-5 software development projects simultaneously, will become a team spirit and will be able to implement the most innovative ideas that change bank SMB-customers’ life.

Responsibilities:

Projects:

  • Managing 3-5 software development projects simultaneously

  • Creation, maintenance, and updating of project plans

  • Monitoring the timing of tasks

  • Setting tasks for analysts and developers

  • Conducting status meetings, preparing minutes

  • Organization of the supply process to the client’s side

  • Quality control of deliveries

  • Compliance with the project methodology

  • Carrying out a retrospective of processes

  • Minimization of financial and legal risks of the project
  • Minimization of financial and legal risks of the project
  • Receipt of certificates of completion

Working with the Team:

  • Resource planning

  • Setting tasks for the team

  • Communication and team motivation

Working with Clients:

  • Client team management

  • Coordination of project plans

  • Building relationships with the client, formal and informal

  • Milestones control

Working with the Product:

  • Product knowledge and constant updating of knowledge

  • Participation in the discussion of the functionality

Requirements:

  • Work experience in project management 2+ years

  • Experience of implementing IT projects in banking and financial companies

  • IT-background (basic understanding of web-application development)
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience in project methodologies
  • Knowledge of business analysis and process description and modeling approaches, incl use cases, user stories, charts, visual thinking/drawing
  • Strong skills of planing and milestones management, manage scope, schedule and estimate cost
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience in working with project management tools and task tracking tools
  • Our candidate should be self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Team spirit — the main soft skill you should have
  • Ability to motivate the team with non-financial tools
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines in several projects inline
  • Abilities for troubleshooting
  • Advanced English in spoken and written
