Business/System analyst (Product)

Job brief:

 

We are looking for a Middle/Senior IT Business analyst for our Product Development team with a technical background.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated open-minded person with a structured mindset, excellent communication, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in developing and implementing IT products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • SMB performance, business & financial indicators analysis
  • Participate in the models’ development approach (integration, business & financial analysis, business performance, credit risk assessment, data reconciliation, forecasting models, etc.)
  • Functional product modules development & testing
  • User stories preparation
  • Product technical & business documentation development
  • Market research & analysis of competing solutions
  • Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes and requirements
  • Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications in a well-structured and clear way
  • Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide market advantage and better user experiences
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (product and tech) to shape backlog for the team
  • Participate in refinement and planning sessions

Requirements:

  • Successful experience in WEB/Mobile applications development/implementation
  • Subject matter expert in at least one industry domain for serving American businesses (Accounting, Taxation, CRM, ERP, eCommerce, Banks, Marketing, Logistics)
  • Vast knowledge of analytics tools for American businesses
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology for SDLC
  • Agile team collaboration (Developers, Designers, Data Scientists, QA)
  • Excellent IT Business Analysis methods, tools, and process knowledge within a global organization
  • Experience in automating analytics report processes for banks and financial institutions
  • Experience in system integration processes, using API
  • Strong SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, etc.)
  • Experience in BRD development, vision & scope, user stories, FRD, user guides & presentations for users, technical manuals
  • Examples of finalized projects/products
  • Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • In-depth understanding of the SMB processes and needs
  • Requirements management experience
