QA Engineer

Job Details

We are looking for a QA Tester to work with customer issues and support the project team in assessing the software quality through manual and automated testing.

You will be responsible for:
– 1st line of Support. Working in shifts. Reviewing the customer tickets and helping to solve them in full respect of SLAs by reproducing bugs or glitches and reporting them to Product team.
– Testing customer stands after updates, finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

Job Responsibilities

– Review all issues sent by customers, respond timely (within SLA), analyse and help solving those if it’s sth easy or reproduce if it’s a bug and reroute it accordingly.
– Enrich the knowledge database with typical issues and standard solutions.
– Review and analyze system specifications
– Write & Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
– Evaluate product code according to specifications
– Create logs to document testing phases and defects
– Report bugs and errors to development teams
– Help troubleshoot issues
– Conduct post-release/ post-implementation /post-deployment testing
– Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Job Requirements

–  Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
– Experience in project management and QA methodology
– Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
– Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
– Test RESTful API
– experience in web application testing
– QA Automation courses
– Excellent communication skills
– Attention to detail
– Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
– Upper Intermediate or advanced English
